Eric Davis leads I Am Next with a deep belief that lived experience is a powerful tool for change. Having navigated the foster care system himself, Eric understands the challenges young adults face when transitioning into independence, and that insight fuels his passion for creating trauma-informed programs that provide more than services; they offer belonging, stability, and a path forward.
As Executive Director, Eric is focused on building opportunities that empower young adults to define success on their own terms. Through providing housing, access to meaningful relationships, and wraparound support, he and the I Am Next team are reimagining what it means to move from surviving to thriving. His leadership embodies compassion, accountability, and commitment to community transformation.
