Chris Clemens brings over 16 years of experience in operations, logistics, and strategic leadership to I Am Next. Known for his ability to turn chaos into structure, Chris has a proven track record of building systems that empower organizations and the people they serve. At I Am Next, he oversees program development, operational strategy, and day-to-day execution to ensure young adults aging out of foster care receive the tools and support they need to thrive.
A builder at heart, Chris combines a passion for cars and hands-on problem solving with a deep commitment to helping others navigate life’s transitions. From creating comprehensive operational manuals to designing innovative programs like Life Support Essentials, his work is driven by a belief in disrupting broken systems and replacing them with something better.
Before joining I Am Next, Chris founded and led several successful ventures, including an e-commerce business, an SOT manufacturing company, a liquor brand, and a consulting firm. His consulting work saw him leading initiatives with global brands like Ferrari, Tesla, Mercedes-Benz, and Marriott, and collaborating with federal agencies to streamline critical operations.
Outside of work, Chris’s world revolves around motorsports and horology. He has raced with an IHRA Pro Mod team, competed in sports car racing, and participated in multiple transcontinental endurance events, including setting the first Cannonball dual transcontinental record (Bob Burns C2C2C Memorial Trophy Dash).
Whether refining processes or mentoring young adults, Chris approaches every challenge with focus, resilience, and a signature grit that sets him apart.
