Josephine came to I am Next from the healthcare sector as a program manager. She has her bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and her MBA in Leadership & Non-Profits. Tired of just pushing paperwork and not feeling or seeing the difference she is making, Josephine decided to take a chance and join I Am Next,. Josephine’s role with I am Next is very client-facing. She is currently our first line of defense for the community we serve. She is in consistent communication with our young adults. She coordinates our current housing program and provides light case management for the young people we serve. In the event of any emergency on property or personal emergencies the youth would like to discuss Ms. Josephine is the first point of contact. Josephine believes in setting up our youth to excel and become everything and anything that they set their minds to.
