Nathan began his career as a social worker in 2011, focusing on acute care for adolescents. In 2012, he relocated to Nashville, TN, where he launched the first Omni Visions Independent Living Academy in 2014. Under Nathan’s leadership, the program has expanded from just five beds to 30, now serving Nashville, Jackson, and Memphis, Tennessee. As the Executive Director of I Am Next, Nathan continues his dedication to supporting youth aging out of foster care. In early 2024, he founded Tennessee’s first driving school tailored specifically for this vulnerable population and is actively working on innovative housing solutions to further support their transition into adulthood. Nathan’s commitment to empowering young adults is at the heart of his work, driving meaningful change in their lives and communities.
